Hi all
I'm running a v6 frosty but have just brought a 2.0 zetec as a project to repair and then it will be my wife's car
it seems to have been well loved once and owned by a member here has anyone any information on it and it's history mods ect reg is S495JFR two tone paint frosty and charcoal uk cougars stickers on rear windows thanks in advance (y)
 
Off eBay? It was once ALZ9577. Alex_16V was the man who owned before its keepers previous to you. If I'm right, the people that had it on eBay bought it off Alex a few years back. It's had a few guises but always a looker when Alex had it.
 
Thank for reply s I pick it up Saturday morning apparently it's smokey and a bit lumpy suspected head gasket although it could be something else
 
The cars been parked up for a month not 100% confirmed as the HG I will update when I get a good look at her on Sunday if it's the head it's got to be easier to do than my v6
 
I'm sure Alex posted something on SCC several weeks back, might be bit longer, as he was interested in getting it back and had been in contact with whoever owned it, but had a change of mind for what ever reason he did say just can't remember
 
Just an update here I went to collect the car and I'm afraid it's in quite a state body works not to bad some light scratching here and there engine is in a state head well and truly gone and a large hairy smelly dog seems to have been living in the back I've brought her anyway as plenty of bits I want for my car their but it looks like the cars going to be for spares
