Interesting. I recently ( May 2018 ) replaced my cat due to the brick inside breaking loose and getting jammed down the exit pipe. They managed to get a 3 bolt unit ordered first because they insisted on relying upon the vehicle reg. When they tried to fit it they had to reorder. So I would assume they got a gasket with it / for it ? I could ask if you like ?

The existing one is a fibre sandwiched between two steel layers so 1.5mm thick but I guess this'll do the trick. It'll let me fit the TOYO manifold link pipe I bought courtesy of this forum a few months ago. Ditching the last component of the Ford strangulating exhaust system.
