Heehee, liking the John Deere stickers

Looking good Mark, and I can vouch for the brake upgrade having experienced it myself - much better than the standard brakes - they actually work :geek:

Looking good there Boss - I always think that the Cats look just soooooo much better with Al's infills - we ought to make it compulsory

Glad to hear that the brake combo is working well - looking forward to you fitting mine as part of the rebuild - if she's going to go faster suppose it's a good idea to get her stopping a bit quicker :geek:

.......and as for the John Deere sticker - magic - almost fell off me chair when I saw it - I wonder how many people will actually realise the significance - nice touch mate (y)

Thanks for the comments guys I'm doing my best to keep her clean honest! The 300mm upgrade is definitly a good mod and the braking with the goodridges feels so much firmer.
Yes the infill should be mandatory:eek: Al I have put a piccy in your thread.
The John Deere stickers have been here since we rebuilt and fit Als engine this was the first opportunity I've had to fit them.o_O
Just need the bonnet and front bumper painting then I'm ready for show season.(y):D

Am i correct in thinking the ST170 disks are 300mm diameter Mark?

If so, I bet it wouldn't take a good engineer long to machine a bracket to match up the cougar hub with a nice set of S****u 4 pot calipers........ :stop:

Yeah, thats the obvious route - depending on availability, condition and cost?

Was thinking of a fairly inexpensive, readily available option.

You wouldn't know any body with a a pair hanging around would you Dave it would be interesting to get some measurements ect and weigh up the viability.(y)(y)
