Looking great matey. So who was it that said the chrome strip wouldn't look right on a frosty??? lol Looks ok to me. The graphic is something different too.
 
It's the same effect that we seen on Tim's ebony cougar - the chrome trim seems to go really nicely with tinted windows. One to go on my list I think (y)
 
I really do think this is a great idea mainly because of the rubber strips are a nightmare to keep clean and looking good. By doing this to the car you never need to worry about them ever again.
Once I get paid at the end of the month I will also be doing this to my car.

Peter, I believe you can also get this stuff in a black finish also - as spotted it on eBay the other day - just so it keeps within your theme. Just a thought.

I wonder how difficult it would be to get the black stuff and colour-code it to the bodywork? :beer:

Cheers for the advise. I am happy with the chrome stuff as I have got a few things on the outside of the car that are chrome already. I think it will look ok but I really do feel it looks best on a Black car for sure.
 
cheers for the comments guys, im realy pleased with how its turned out :) will have to hold off on the mods now as ive ran out of pennies lol im still not happy with the exhaust though, im thinking chopping it back 2 inches, doing away with the rolled tips and having it slash cut instead???? but im still chewing it over
 
To say it's a Frosty, I actually really like that! I can't quite put my finger on what it is - could be the chrome window strip or the exhaust, could just be the low evening sunlight - but that car just looks more 'American' than most. I'm not sure if that even makes sense but I know what I mean... I think!
