Looking for an air compressor for my garage to do some spray painting, and maby some air tools in the future

i know nothing about them been looking on line and been told aldi lidl get them in but are they any good can any one advice what I should be looking for thanks

We have a 150ltr professional single phase in the garage for spray painting / air tools / cutting / tyres. A paint gun consumes the most air per min (approx. 14cfm). The compressor needs to supply more air than your tool requires to operate otherwise you will run out! Its all down to CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) Check the spray gun requirements. What type of spray gun ?
Here's a guide to size and prices.

You might want the 3 HP V twin (14cfm) upwards but consider 4HP (18cfm) requires a 40A 230v supply, where are you going to get that!

Try ebay

Got my self one a new toy forgot to order the oil duh

any how 24 litre 9.6cfm 2.5horses so should be ok for me
looking to get underneath sealed up and then be adventures never done any spraying but going to have a go first on the agenda new bonnet and scoop job for the summer will have to do plenty practising before hand

The problem is when you run out of air you get paint splatter. Then you have to start over again.
