Another "Dear oh dear"...

Sure, it's not a perfect finish, but I have to admire the skill involved in getting it done.

Just applied those skills to doing totally the wrong thing to totally the wrong car, imho.

We've seen this car before. And it wasn't the first and won't be the last.

I'll say what I said before:

1) I admire the engineering skill that went into it, and I won't question the man's motivations. He clearly had fun, it's a great project, and I'm sure it turns heads. Which was probably the point.

2) But I don't approve of the misrepresentation. Anyone with functioning ears will know it's not a Veyron once it's started up, and the interior isn't even remotely convincing. Why not take a Cougar with (apparently) a Noble engine and make something unique? :edit: Oh god - look at that shifter. It's an auto disguised as a manual!

I'm honestly surprised that VAG haven't sent him a C&D letter for using their badging, like Ferrari regularly do to people with those Fiero/MR2 based 360 and F40 replicas. But here we are.

Nothing wrong with that shifter. It has chrome. Chrome =awesome.[emoji16] I dont understand though, With that much talent, why is the motor still in the front leaving it fwd? Super car means the engines in the back right? At least rwd.

Agreed. Went to all that trouble and didn't research the Jag X-Type AWD conversion. SMH.

That aint no lie there. After looking into that for myself, It aint hard. however, you could cut the front rails out of a junker and weld them into the back of the car and put it in there just like a noble. Custom fuel tank, wire harness, coolant lines, shifter cables exhaust and other bits and pieces. The rest is just adapting what's on the front to work in the back. Yeah you have to be able to metal work stuff, but seriously, to get anywhere close to the amount of power that car needs to live up to its looks, with our traction? Youd be building a bugatti shaped smoke machine because its not taking off fast.
