Bought this few weeks back
only fitted other day as been mega busy last few months

Im stil really undecided on it, it does serve a purpose as coug will be a daily driven car wen bak on road soon. so will stop stone chips but im unsure if looks abit chavvy or not?

I was tempted when they were on ebay for 99p start, and plenty went realy cheap but I missed the bids, and looking at the pics im undecided too

I grew up in Florida where these things are common. Mainly because of the sand blowing about, but also because Junebug blood over there is like something from Alien; it sticks hard and rots the paint. And the metal.

I wouldn't say it was chavvy - more like an old person keeping the plastic covers on their sofa. Like, it protects it, but who are you protecting it for? Your car stays clean but you're the one that has to put up with having a big black banger-hangar on it.

:EDIT: It also isn't a full bra so It's not protecting the bits that really "need" it.

Thanks for all the honesty
I didnt buy it for looks purposes tbf
and as u said Dave i got it cheap when on Ebay for 99p start

After hearing few things on cougar FB page too, about it doing opposite due to rain n dirt getting underneath n ruinin paint, it defeats point i got it for so will be coming off n no doubt on ebay very cheap soon lol

I did want a full bra tbh
but with the No Limits kit i can see it being as rare as rocking horse poo, so didnt even think about trying to find tbh

I'd completely forgotten about that

I've seen a few Camaros worn through the lacquer once the bra is removed. My mum's was one of them.

That's what happens when you own an American car and live near the beach in a tropical climate. Everything is covered in hot salt, constantly.

Great for smoked beef, not so great for a Camaro IROC-Z with paint as thin as gold leaf.

:EDIT: Oh lord I've just realised what I said in Post #13!

Not sure if you could have worded that differently, but i can see where this thread will be going now...

Hahahahahahahahahaha
didnt even notice until u pointed out lmfao
