Hi Folks,

Have really found the forum useful. Used it already for leather seat repairs and window relay problem. Going to tackle the brake calipers next (think I've got one sticking?) and just read about a special tool needed for winding back the rear ones. Can't find any other info. on it though? i.e. What's it look like? Where can I get one? How much is it? etc..

Also, I now I've only just joined and paid my subs but can someone tell me why I have to post 10 items before I can access full info/pictures etc.? Not a complaint, just a query.
At least with this post I'm up to 8 now!!!

Cheers,
Jamie:beer:

Hi buddy, you can get the special tool from amazon, I just bought one from there, only cost £15, whereas some other places you'll see them go for anything up to £45 i think

you'll soon get 10 posts mate, if you reply to this one you'll get 9 :p

Seriously. Long nose pliers or one of these...

Had mine for years, not met a calliper yet it won't do the trick on...except the ones you just push back obviously. but the old pads left in and a big screwdriver usually works on those :D

Tidy piece of kit but being a bit tight I've opted to go for the Draper tool as recommended by "Ace Melon"
Thanks for info. though.

Jamie.
