What other car websites do you use? some of the better ones I've found.....

Jalopnik - Pretty much daily!
https://jalopnik.com/

Petrolicious is good too:
https://petrolicious.com/
they also have a nice YouTube channel with some very well produced videos
https://www.youtube.com/user/PetroliciousCo

Influx isn't too bad but I find some of their articles a bit light on content
https://www.influx.co.uk/

Harry's Garage is essential viewing:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIB5XXHNAWWzTOw6guIMYCg

Bad Obsession Motorsport has a fantastic playlist detailing their ongoing Celica GT-Four running gear into mini build, the fabrication in these is staggering and they're a couple of down-to-earth blokes who love copious cups of tea!
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGSOZAHg1yQHU1tc_3Y5MTQg1qjtxA_nq

lastly, How A Car Works is looking promising and their everything about engine blocks video is really detailed with the guy promising much more to come
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EUPaXWjaeg

The best thing about How A Car Works is their promise of...

No adverts.
No clickbait titles.
No fake thumbnails with pictures of stuff that isn't even in the video
No hustling for you to subscribe.
...Just straight up information

Jay Leno's garage is worth a look from time to time too but I don't make a habit of visiting, Oh and Chris Harris on cars is also good!

so there's my list, what you got! :)

Absolutely hilarious viewing, some interesting reviews, very down to earth and the restoration videos showcasing his Invacar rescue are fantastic, he's got its MOT on Friday!

If you've got an hour or so browse Ian's collection, he's also good value on Facebook and Twitter too

Also follow Harry's Garage which is on the complete other end of the scale to Hubnut!

I didn't think invacars were UK road legal any more?

- - - Updated - - -

Just checked...they are but most were scrapped...

On 31 March 2003 all Invacars owned by the government were recalled and scrapped because of safety concerns.[4] The veteran vehicle could not meet modern-day government regulations, which required approval under the Motorcycle Single Vehicle Approval Scheme as part of a standard set by the European Union. There were still around 200 Invacars in Britain before the 2003 recall and scrapping programme. Hundreds of stockpiled Invacars in government warehouses were scrapped along with all their spare parts. A few examples survive in the hands of private owners and museums in Britain and abroad. Invacars can still be used on UK roads, only vehicles owned by the government were scrapped in 2003.

Another vote for Jalopnik here. I'm also a daily visitor.

Jason Torchinsky is just the right level of insane that he's a joy to read. I don't always agree with him - that imbecile drives a classic Beetle for a start - but I love his wonky look at the world.

David Tracy keeps me coming back though. The man needs to be sectioned. That level of love for anything that the 7-bar-grille company does has got to be a mental illness. Framed against the very lax regulations in the States, and the willingness to run a car that Fred Flintstone would find acceptable, I love to sit back and simply marvel at it.

Not so much. I want a Camaro.

And here's me looking at Volvo V60s, Skoda Superbs and Audi Q3s. If and when we move back to the UK, our next car is highly likely to be diesel (because I'm a tightarse), automatic (because I'm lazy) and 4WD (because snow).
