If it's the visor itself, i would just replace it.

I am of course assuming the OP means the all too familiar situation where the visor falls out of the roof clip, I may be wrong!!

Steve, I think he means that they wont stay up tight against the roof but gradually work their way down.

scrub that, i just found it on TIS. apparantly there is a locking clip

push the little rectangular tab in with the end of a pen or something, the clip then pulls out (it needs to be rotated either forwards or backwards can't remember)

pull out the little tab thing before refitting, push back flush to secure
