Full car rattle can respray

The thing that puzzles me is that the frosty must have been the most popular/common european/British colour, so why are the frosty models so hard to find 
Or maybe the question to ask is why did they decide to make them all Melina Blue (which mine is) ??? After a lot of thought and knowing what I'm like for breaking things, I'm leaving mine as I bought it and it sits proudly on my shelf along with all my other model cars.
