hello folks, i'd just like to mention in despatches droidgordie42 who made me a PAS oil cooler from copper and flared it at the ends for me aswell, he posted it to me from Buxton. it was a bit awkward to fit as i'm not really accustomed to crawling under cars nowadays but i managed to fit it and it doesn't leak, whoo hoo!!! the worst part about the job was cleaning all the fluid off the big plastic cover underneath the car, and lying in a wet and oily road to refit it as it had started to rain before i had finished, any way, it's doing it's job very well, thanks to Andy, and i'm really pleased that i don't have to continually top up the PAS reservoir any more and have been able to wash the road outside my house so it's nice and clean again.
here is a pic of the cooler, i wrapped some copper wire round it to dissipate heat a bit better and it works just fine
