How to post dash cam footage.

That isn’t going to happen, I watch you tube but I have no intention of posting anything there.

I guess you guys aren’t going to see the minor incident I had this morning. Made me swear though !
 
I upload mine to YouTube and set it to unlisted so no one on there will ever find it and it doesn't show on searches but it allows me to post it here so you guys can see it only. It basically means if you have the link you can view it, otherwise it's private

Would it be possible for a member/admin to set up an account that subscribed members can post such clips to?

Yes I can see that once provided with the credentials (either by PM or a locked area of the forum), a lapsed subscriber would still have them.

I've only uploaded vids once when I had to demonstrate to a vendor that the item supplied was DOA, and IIRC that was prior to Google taking it over. I have multiple google accounts/email addresses through not wishing to reuse some for access to Android/Play store.
Maybe a cloud account would be more appropriate.
