yes.....and i must admit that my first thought was.. those are wheels off a probe 
They're actually optional Taurus rims and... really weren't popular. Not just the aesthetics, but also because they're shockingly easy to break if you clip a curb.
Never thought about it before, but I've just realised that's why wheels like the Superturismo were used on the touring cars.
