Had mine for about 2 years now and had it in, out and shaken it all about loads of times and it's still going strong.
I'm needing a new gear knob,
I've got a Pully Gear knob for when you want to go into reverse, so that'll be fun getting off, as my puma was a simple Screw on.
Any nice ideas to get me started on sparkling up the Cougar on the inside ?
Which Mondy is this mate ?interior mods, gearknob and under handbrake coin tray mat from the mondy are nice simple little starters and side repeaters for a start on the exterior
You could also look at either Lockwood or Speedhut Dials too, as a lot of us already have Speedhut dials in our Cougs. Here's mine at night, although have turned the contrast down a bit now! lol

This is how they come from the USA - ready to be put straight on top of your existing dials:

If you can convince a noob like me that they are easy to install, then i'll look into it.. but i'm utterly useless at modding things myself. Where does the control box go ?
Ask Al aka Pid_16v - as he fitted mine for me, as I'm hopeless with electricals. Al did mine at one of the shows we went to in 2009.
He also did mine at Harewood '09, as well as re-aligning my needles so that my speedo now reads within 1MPH of the 'official' GPS readout on my sat nav. No small achievement when you consider that, for some peculiar reason, my car cannot be put into diagnostic mode so Al did this purely by eye and got it spot on first time.
