Dont know if this will work, so let me know lol but a simple 3 point jig for making a wishbone, not difficult at all. The wishbone is internally braced using the slot and tag method after being laser cut and formed, probably on a straight promicam hydraulic press. Now you can see why Ford use the pressed steel method, fast and cheap lol
Ah by the looks its an fb link

Can anyone guess what this lower arm belongs to? ive got plans to try and polybush the cougar ones next year, could be a total disaster but i hate the weak useless bushes they currently use..

if u think about it ,its not a complicated bit of metal.....just needs to be accurate and strong.

u got ideas then tony (y)

You'd be surprised, laser cut upper and lower would just slot together over the 3 fittings, which would just get tack welded on a jig, then removed for a final weld on all joints and reinforcing tags, very similar to a tubular build, but the tube would need to be heavier guage
