Melina Cougar on dutch auction site

Hi all,

Just came across this melina blue Cougar for sale in the Netherlands. Looks like a regular C1, but it has a cognac/light brown leather interior and side panels! Definitely something I have not seen before. Is this some kind of limited edition or a custom job?

Remainds me of the tan interior probes, inasmuch as a lot of the trim has remained black.

It's a left-hooker, so must've been intended for Europe.

From the (probably deliberately) loose fit of the the leather in the centre sections of the bolsters and seatback faces, I would say that this is almost certainly aftermarket. Here's a picture of a factory cream leather interior:

Definitely further suggests that the advertised car is aftermarket. My picture (above) is of a standard American Coug with the cream interior.

As you say, note the doorcards and armrest.

Seems kind of half-assed in my opinion.

It did actually look better than the photo suggests, i just grew tired of it.
