Mk3 fit cougar parts? Subframe bushings

Hey mates, this might already been brought up but couldn't find any topic on it, will the mondeo mk3 subframe bushings fit my cougar? Was looking at doing aluminum ones but afraid of being to rough feeling, would these be a good upgrade and fit from stock?

The larger items on your link are #8(insulator-with one FINIS/part #) on the Mk3 Mondeo diagram.

The equivalent parts on the Cougar diagram are #7(insulator) and #8(insulator) with differing FINIS suggesting to me that they are two different types of insulator as oppose to only one type on the Mondeo.
