That's the "Wings gone West" Gaffa optional body kit for the Mk2 Mongy - quite rare them.

Thats the "Stick it Quick you Gitt Kit". its been well known for its duck tape like durability and floppy flappy aerodynamics. its also doubles up as a diffuser!!!!!!!!! very rare indeed.
