New v6 owner.... To be!

Thanks guys,off to local parts store soon (when it opens! :LOL:) so will give her a bit of tlc today!
then a nice valet all round and I will be happy for now,already eyeing up stainless exhausts (y) haha
 
So spent the whole day on the car and gave her a mini service,oil change etc
And then me and my dad gave her a wash,clay bar,wash and then a machine polish
Very happy with the results :) ( and i hope the photo links work!?)

few small issues ive noticed but no biggies so will post in appropriate sections to try find the answers to them

just want to clean the seats now,getting an extractor machine on them during the week and then i can relax! haha

while im here,what stainless exhausts are available for these? only seen the mongoose one,any others around?

I'm happy for sure,lot of car for very little money.
will keep an eye out for blue flame then, any websites good for used parts?
 
Suppose eBay is good for everything! Lol
infact the same powerflow system you just put a link to is on there.
its strange for me to struggle to find parts,coming from an impreza where there are literally thousands of parts everywhere!!

With all due, why the move from a Scooby to a Cougar?
 
Just bought my first house and needed the money to be honest!
And I just ploughed money into the Scooby and started getting to much,was spending half my wages on mods lol .
and the average of 9mpg didn't help!
always liked the cougar,something a bit different I suppose and still got a bit of go.

Meh, I did the same thing (from an '02 Bugeye WRX). Yeah the Scooby is much quicker and more of a performance machine in general, but there's something to be said for the lazy V6 and much better looks of the Cougar.
