Hi guys, new here, I need some help, recently fell in love with the cougar, bought a 2000 2.5 v6 cougar with 90 000 miles on it, auto. well my problem is that it is imported, so I cant get any spares, so I need shock absorbers, can anybody advise which replacement shocks I can use with no or very little modification. Would be greatly appreciated.sorry if this was posted before, but done a quick search and didn't see any post covering my problem. Regards, Willie

Hello Willie and welcome to the forum. Did you have the Mondeo in SA?, if so ones from a Mondeo of the same will vintage will fit. The rears don't have the flattened bit on the side of them but they will fit OK.
