took the blue one for mot yesterday as suspected failed. my own fault i took cat of and put stainless decat on neddless to say
it failed emissions not a problem as i have just got to put the cat back on give it a service and all should be fine. then tax it.
then i can take the black cat of the the road untill i decide what i want to do with it.
will get pics up soon of both.

Hmm, I wonder if your precats have been gutted at some point (or they've failed somehow). Unusual for a V6 to fail on emissions with a decat - I ran one for a couple of years and had no issues with the emissions. I remember the MOT tester commenting it ran really cleanly (presumably hinting at the decat pipe).
precats not gutted think he failed it because cat was missing.
i replaced engine last year as engine had blown.
had a spare in garage with 95 thou on it so swapped them over. will put cat back on and give it a good service and see how it goes.
