I finally got round to looking at the wifes embroidery machine, it takes A JEF format . Can anyone help with the software to change JPG to JEF or supply me with JEF patterns for UKCOUGAR.club or cougar heads in the circle ?

Not really John , you have to use Janome Digitizer Easy Edit software and that is about £300 to buy
Haha No way Mike, me and my wife was doing this last night also, she converted the file but struggled with how small the text was. The logo she had done and was fine it was just the text... shes going to have another play today while I go call in a favour from our IT support (theres 70 of them, one of them are bound to know)
If we find away I will let you know...

My IT team have said it should be straight forward & found the below resource for me... assuming you have the software to load the image onto the card?
The link makes it sound really straight forward, they are also looking at any "Cheaper" programs

Just noticed this is the same as John posted... Do you not have the software that comes with the Machine? - Dont know if it can be used on more than one machine, if it can I will see if we can pop it in the post to you to install

Give Truesizer desktop a go, that should allow you to convert jpg to jef you only pay for the Pro edition, there is a web based but i'm not sure how much functionality there is

Yeah, I started to play about with my wifes Machine to see if it had the capability of doing the logo... I am strugling with the text under the website due to the size though
