Was browsing the site and although we have a dedicated thread for cougar pics all the interior pics seem to be all over the place,
so i thought why not put them all together.There are so many different ideas out there it would be good to see them all in one place.

IIRC CEZ you take it off from below but you have to melt the welds off (ask Paul, Shagmonkey, he's an expert on removing trim)

also those door handle surrounds are a pain! if ford made them just come off they would make life so much easier!

To be honest--I froze it, then got a screwdriver and gently prised in-between where the glue was and the joints just snapped .but be careful not to be too rough

Mask it off it's easier they never fit back on great again I have done 3 of them now.

Paul knows how to get them off too, he had all his interior palstic bits covered in Carbon Fiber.....anyway this is going off topic, were are the pics people

i tried masking it jj, but it just rips off the paint on the other areas, its such a pain lol.
i think im the only one who's stuck one up! lol
