Red cat on the trader!

Did we decide it was genuine last time? can`t remember

Do quite like it though
We went through all of this the last time it popped up.
The plate is 3 numbers away from our late friend Les' one which was full UK RHD spec with factory red paint.
I reckon this car is from the same batch so a UK spec car.
But nobody believed me the last time.

The only oddity is the USA rear bumper.

I believe you Manos, it looks too good to be a respray. If it came over here by accident, wouldn`t it have a US spec rear bumper or are they the same as ours in Europe?

If it was a bit nearer I would go and have a look to be sure

If it came over here by accident they would have sent it back 'cos the steering wheel's on the wrong side.

Check the rear bumper in the pics, it's got a sqaure plate. That's the USA one.

It's a bit more than an hours drive from us, if I was fit and well I'd probably go and have a look too.

I originally posted a pic of this one back in 2010 at costco in watford. Its a red one deffo but i reckon its been oversprayed as it was severely sun bleached when i saw it or the or have been photoshopped and yes its at the same dealer on the industrial estate in Hemel

Red reacts to the sun more than any other car paint so a good sign the paint is several years old (probably the same coat it had from the factory ).

Yeah but it looks in far better condition in the showroom photo's than it did in 2010 which suggests may have had some work done (or photoshopped)

Yes going by the pics, it well could have been spruced up by the dealer.
11 year old red paint is never going to look that good if it's spent most of its days outside.
