Side indicator lense loose

I took the side indicator off to change the bulb but when I put it back it's very loose now !what happened ?

Did you snap the plastic part that clips into the cutaway? Double sided tape will fix/bodge it.

No nothing's snapped off it's just really loose now ,the other side is very solid as was this side before I took it out .

Are these the oem fried eggs or replacement from ebay etc?

Have you put it back in the wrong way round? I think the slots, for the tab at one end and the flexi clip at the other, are different sizes.

think i have a spare pair of 'upgrades' with very slightly damage. Fit nicely though.

You can have them for the price of the postage

Just remember to ensure you have the clip in the right place, i.e. have the lense the right way up, then your assured a nice snug fit.

Which way is the correct way ? should the spring clip be towards the front or back ? I daren't take the other side of to check in case that one won't go back properly .

Try it the opposite way to how it is when its loose, if it then fits tightly you've found the right way.
