Seen these pics on a well know bashing site and I thought I would share them with you all. Interesting front wings, side scoops and interior. Does anyone know who owns it then ?
Not so much a fan of the Subaru bonnet scoop

I like aspects of it.

The Cougar's New Edge lines lend themselves to a lot of tasteful modifications. The regular Z3 wings don't work, but these seem to follow the lines far better. The rear wing grills I don't like much, however. They don't quite sit right with the skirt and vinyl.

The bonnet also has a lot of potential for a cool grill, but this and the Visteon don't do it for me

I think experimentation and the above would definitely turn my head and raise a brow!

I bet the interior wasn't cheap. As for the scooby-scoop! they belong on a scooby imo. I'm also dubious about any of those dummy vents. Looked ok on the Mk1 Capri though :D.

I really like it. Like you say, not sure about the scoop, but otherwise for some serious modding its quite tastefully done in my opinion.

Personal opinion? It's too... bitty for my taste. There isn't really any cohesion in style and the parts don't really come together to work as a whole. The scooby scoop is the worst example of it; it spoils the line of the car totally.

I'm also torn about the rear quarter vents. They do suit the car in an early 90s Mustang sort of way. But they're too high, cutting into the swage line which is one of the Cougar's main styling features. Not only that, but what do they actually do, or pretend to do? What needs air back there?

That said, the interior (what I can see of it) is gorgeous. The sandstone colour of the leather against the Ebony body is absolutely perfect.

Congrats for doing something different, but... not for me.

Put standard bonnet and wings back on it....lose the front light covers....maybe a subtler stripe....and you've got a nice car there.

except that steering wheel
