The magazine article is what sold it for me to buy a cougar, remember phoning Damien up and chatting to him as he only lived in Coventry I was going to go round and have a look at the car, never did as by the time I went to he'd already moved on to his mondeo ST220. Got to see the car in the flesh at a Castle Combe show a couple of years later.

He had the ST cross brace strut brace too, rare as rocking horse poo but bloody effective. He was talking with Noble about single Turbo kits to lol, if only.
If you could only get an M400 engine in a Cougars engine bay lol, twin turbo V6 3.0L (jag v6 I think) dry sump, forged pistons, 400 hp and a 180mph top speed
