Who has the last UK registered Cougar?

I believe the very last one registered was a 53 plate C2. Somewhere, there is a 52 plate C1!
 
Whenever you do search for Cougar parts of bits and it asks for the model year the date range goes upto 2003 so there must be at least some 03 plates around but have never personally seen anything newer than a 51 which is what mine is

no mate, brother in law works at BMW Solihull and let me know it was going to auction, I am quite sure it will have sold its just a matter of how much, when dealerships sell cars on finance their commission is tied up till they make a cash sale so they wont have been holding out for top price :LOL:

If I would have had the funds available I would have bought the car, would have only cost me a couple of hundred as I know how to butter up a salesman o_O
 
basics of car sales, first offer is always just above scrap for a car that's over 10 years old, most people accept the offer so they can get going in their new car but you have the right to haggle, something the british are not very good at any more, we are so used to just paying RRP that the art of wheeler dealing is becoming a lost art

I agree, mostly. Exception being when buying front bumper mouldings. Haven't fitted it yet next winters job.
