Hi all, out for a run at Hardwick Hall. So far running well, the cattle grids gave it a good shake down, could use an underneath decat, if nothing else save a **** robbing it. Dropped in a single din stereo with reverse camera, tried a new black detail product it was like liquid polish, in the bin it went 'still got a dirty thumb' will continue with valetpro, will be detailing the engine bay more this week, K&N panel filter fitted. can't help but dig this period of fords normally aspirated engines, designs and comfort. Have been averaging 20.8 mpg, 0-30 give it the beans, and general here to there, nice to see that figure go down rapidly as you hammer it

Obviously petrol prices are a worry but your driving more than just a boring box that gets you from A to B, your driving entertainment, the feel, the look, the sound and that's why we put up with it , modern cars especially electrics are soul less things, can certainly not see people having the same love for them that we have for the cougars
