Haha, well thankfully Pauls done all the hard work so hoping it wont steal my cashline card lol. as predicted the corrected tyre sizes cured the traction control problem and it now has very solid point and go steering and yes i've got the bug, Jaguar fob in post, and in need of a decent sound system...... that tight wad kept his Lol

Looking good mate, you've started done the slippery road of spending all your spare cash(and more) on your Cat.;)

Well officially its the wifes, mines the Disco but I was rather selfish in choosing it
I think maybe smoked rear lights and the new sounds and the wallet snaps shut (y)

Yeah yeah yeah, we'll see how that works out 6 months down the line. ;)

Great stuff mate, forget empting the wallet mate....prepare to empty the bank account...and the missus purse!...after all it's her car! lol Think you may have problems with radio reception though with that new shorter aerial.

Yep, have to agree, i changed mine on my last Cat, and quickly changed it back due to a really poor reception .. it would only pick up Heart FM and i would personally burn off my wedding tackle than listen to Heart..

LOL, its not mega short its off a standard 03 Mondy but the cat one was about 8" longer and the rubber perished, reception good but we'll see once i get a new system, Jag fob just arrived so here goes o_O

Hmmm...that's interesting, as I have Mk3 Mondy and the aerial is exactly the same length as my Coug ??? Maybe the one you had on your coug wasn't the original one??? Have you any pics of your coug with the new aerial on?

I wasn't aware there was a shorter one either.
That is until I dicided to fit the new one I had sitting in a box for over 4 years. Then I noticed how long the Cougar one was.
I discussed with Al at one of the shows this year and he said 'you've got a Mondie one', just like he has.
No probs with reception - works absolutely fine.

I've already posted the FINIS code in the FINIS codes thread.(y)

Oh dear what have I started. :D anyway I'm just back from a drive in Kilmarnock and the reception is about as good as it was but cheap Sendai squawk box is p**h, thinking of going for a standard rds 5000 and Sony changer. And my Jaguar fob is now operational but I missed Timpsons to get blade cut, on a brighter not it only took the wife 8 shops to pick her party dress ;)
