Well just got back from " Lead Foot" Kullys it was a little on the parky side:censored:. At one stage we had to snap snoop off a lampost:eek:. Thankfully it was the clutch at fault had to leave a lttle early to get back oop north!. Thank you to Becky and Kully for thier hospitality. Good to meet up with Tony and Paul again. Sorry it was only a brief hello Mike.:(
Forgot to say it was lovely to meet Nan and Grandad too!. Proper salt of the earth people.

Glad it's sorted bro if it hadn't been for the mare of getting back from Milton Keynes you know I would have been there helping like usual, I eventually got home around 2am after first leaving at 5pm :-(

0900 breakfast at maccyd's Brampton
1025 arrive at kullys drink tea ;-)
1100 start on kullys car by ripping off driveshaft hub and box
1200 get disturbed by pork.......lots of it lol and more tea ;-D
1300 box out finding clutch is FUBARd
1300 - 1700 lots of abuse violence and relations of a demeaning nature
1400 Norvern monkey legs it ;-) ey oop ar kid lol hehe
Sometime in the afternoon Mike and Paul roll up lol
1700 Kullys cat is fired up ;-) woooooohoooooo
1730 Back on the deck and test drive
1745 Mikes cat in the bay more abuse and violence lol
1900 clear up time ;-)
2 cats 1 day 5 friends 1 missus and 2 grandparents
Lots of tea n coffee accompanied by bacon n sausage rolls and cigarettes......LOTS of cigarettes lol
= a VERY positive day........even in sub zero temperatures ;-)
Nice one guys, Kullys cat lives again ;-)

Got to say I've had a really good weekend finally spent some time with kully and becky and managed a good chinwag;). Then Sunday was cold but just such a good laugh:cool:. Time well spent IMO. But the highlight JJ bursting into Kullys quite literally in the front door straight on the loo!:LOL:. Priceless thanks to everybody. Had a blast and bro is sorted result of a weekend!!!:beer::beer:(y)(y):)

I think he did, unfortunately the curry was the promise lol!! I can't thank you all enough, there simply aren't words for it. Yesterday, despite the temperature, was a blast! Glad it wasn't the gearbox, shame we didn't find out until the gearbox was on the deck alongside the car! Still, easier to fit a clutch with the box out!

The people that made this all happen are saints! For the time of year, the weather, the location etc not stopping anything! Needless to say, one happy Becky last night and when it comes to crunch time I know I'll be able to get Becky to the hospital, quickly and reliably.

Thank you UKC, without the club, there are many many cars out there that would be in breakers yards!
