does anyone have any info on car as I’m completely new to the mercury cougar market

It sounds a lovely car, but alas this is very much for this Ford Cougar.

That's not to say someone won't be along to point you in the right direction mind. Have you done the usual MOT checker? Looks like it may have been off the road (or on another plate) until 2014, and has the usual list of fails and advisories since then with another pause in 2016. Hardly moved in those years.

Not much I know but it's maybe a start?

Wow, I have had thisin my watch list for a while, it sounds awesome running cant offer no advice but at 50years old it looks in better nick than most newer cars
