Just wondering if there are any other Cougar owners this side of the Irish sea or am i on my own? I haven't seen many about, just Melina blue on 3 occassions so possibly the same car:)
 
Yes me and my car is also Melina blue, i've seen another one of the same colour about and also a silver one various times. I have mine over 5 years now
 
Hi Chris you`re not alone! I`ve been driving a silver V6 here from 2003. It had around 78k on the clock then - now has 145k and still going strong. Just managed to get the car through MOT two weeks ago. Had to spend a few hundred quid though - front discs replaced and a lot of welding to sills underneath and new spring strut. Hope you`re enjoying your car. Just see the odd cougar around Randalstown & Antrim. The cougar still looks good amongst all the new models on the road.

Hi Guys, thanks for the replies! Nice to know i am not alone lol. I have seen a few Melina blues about and actually saw my first silver on Monday, in Limavady. It had the mecury front grill fitted.

Thats not good Jim, don't ever like hearing the word sills and welding in the one sentence. Is that a common problem on these cars?

Dublin, I'm sure the road tax stings a bit on the cougar down south?
