2 TOP SHOWS IN ONE WEEKEND ASDA ON THE SAT AND FORDFAIR ON THE SUNDAY LOOKS LIKE A TOP WEEKEND FOR US CAR OWNERS THEN
STILL HAVE PASSES IF ANY WANTS TO COME TO ASDA DAY (y)
DROP US A PM IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO COME
 
So doesn't that make this the Saturday after Ford Fair or have I got my dates wrong? Thought Ford Fair was the 5th?? Might be me but I'm sure that Ford Fair is the first Sunday in August every year and the Asda day is usually the second Saturday?

As I'm not doing Ford Fair I'm not bothered about that, just need to see if I can make this. It is a fabulous day out.
 
FF is Sunday 12th this year Kully - is the Asda day a good event wasn't sure from the website..

how much are the passes please droidgordie?
 
Okay peeps the link that was posted above is correct for the listing of events on the day.
Kully - Asda Day is 11 Aug, FF is 12 Aug chap.
Entry to Asda Day is not prebookable so its a case of turn up on the day and pay £5 on the gate. The only thing is you need a pass. These can be downloaded and printed out via my facebook group - Ford Collective. We run a predominantly ford owners club but accept any make and model of car - its the people who are vetted lol.
Why not look on facebook for the group Ford Collective, ask to join and my admin team inc. Vix my Mrs, will accept you to join us if she knows who you are haha. Then she will invite new members to the events we are hosting and the info, passes link, times, places etc are all on the events listings. As many of you know, Asda Day is invitation only and we do have a stand and the more peeps on it, the better!! Andy
 
I stand corrected! Still, of the 2 days I'd personally rather go to the Asda Day. Much more variety and lots of track action which you can do by riding shotgun in someone else's car for just a fiver. And where else can you drive an Artic round a racetrack with a trailer on or a JCB Fastrac? All for a £5er a pop??

Also a massive fill your boots sale of clothes in a huge marquee from the George range at sill cheap prices and all those crates of drinks for next to nothing??


I've replied to your pm Andy and if it makes it easier in anyway, if you could email me the paperwork needed, I'll happily keep an eye here and forward the documents on to anyone interested.

I'll post it in the events section later on too.
 
Gonna say Andy this should really be in the National Events section if you want to get noticed :)

I second half of what Kully says, cracking show, after riding shot gun in a 700hp skyline, ferrari and elenor spec Gt500 mustang i'd recomend it to anyone
 
oh sorry Rik, didnt see this post lol and have asked you to join on fb lol, neva mind, email sent containing pass, you know the drill etc of filling it in prior to gaining entry to show. We are meeting at leicester forest east at 7.15am til 7.30 ish mate if you wanna join us and well convoy it togeva. Otherwise well see you in there, from wot i recall you get a map of the stands. cheers matey :)
