I agree, not an expert on Capris, but pretty damn sure there wasn't a Special V6 version. They where GTs GXLs and the like.
There was the early Essex 3 litre v6 but don't recall that badge on them. My mate had a mark 2 with a v6 in it but I think that was the Cologne engine?
