Thanks Andy, i will take a look, I was wondering if Alan could measure the length of his struts for me to see if they are the same size as the mondeo ones? that way i know i can use the how to guide exactly..

I will post up when i have done in my progress thread Alex, I think i have found the brackets from SGS I just need to check the ball diameter on the struts..

Measurements on my redline struts:
Fully extended including bj's = 520mm
Fully extended ram including bj = 235mm
There is also a part number printed on the struts which iirc i once gave to SGS in the early days and they said they could produce struts to suit, including any fitting parts needed.

Excellent, thanks Al, i will measure mine when i get chance and see if the fitting guide measurements will be the same for mine.. if so then all i need to do is order the brackets which are £3 odd each and fit them when the weather is better..
