C1 Headlights - Driving abroad

On Holiday in Monaco with family and the cougar, and these stick on 'beam adapters' aren't helping... they just stop most of the light from getting onto the road which seems lethal for some of the mountain passes around here.
Anyone know if theres a switch/lever inside the C1 headlamps to convert the dipped beam for driving on the continent, like there is on Pumas?

I'm living here and I still haven't got around to altering them - cops don't have the means to check them on the road anyway, so as long as you can see...
