Mako - you dont need reversing sensors, just keep reversing till you hit something, like I do - simples!!!!!!!!!!!!![]()
What did you decide?Lovely. This weather has been fantastic for showing a well-polished and waxed car off.
Also - thanks for the pic showing the reversing sensors. It's helped me make up my mind.
Funnily enough it turns out I'd run out of decent shampoo so I ended up using some cheap Tesco wash & wax stuff! I did, however, have Autoglym for the rest. I gave her a good clay down then used their super resin car polish. Ran out of time to do the wheels, trim and interior properly but I'll get round to that next time.Tophat said:Looking good, can I just ask - what car shampoo and wax do you use?
Towbar!

Are you wanting a camera because you don't like the sensors?
Help yourselfAnyway, apologies for the small hijack Burger, and thanks for posting those.
The Ford optional sersors were fitted lower down, just below the number plate recess with similar horizontal spacing.Pretty much. I don't mind them on some cars, but my opinion is that they spoil the line of the Coug's rear end. Maybe they would be better lower down?

I appear to be wrong. Lower than Burger's but higher than I mentioned. See the 1999 accessories brochure on this link.

IMO, as I mentioned earlier, just below the number plate recess would look better and would be a more useful height due to the cat's raised arse.
