hi guys have a LIM and possibly a UIM and TB to clean what cleaning products have you used and which have you found to be the better one/s to clean carbon/oil I know of the various gunk products but not sure if there is anything else I could use that's equals or betters gunk I do however also have a dremel tool for the finessing of it after cleaning eg: stubborn bits and polishing it to a high shine so to speak
any info greatly received guys:)

I just use Gunk for this sort of stuff. I'd probably use the foam for this sort of thing. The aerosol liquid is good but you need a lot. The canned liquid is best but you'll need a couple of gallons to get a big enough plastic box filled to clean a UIM with marigolds and a paintbrush.

Super volatile compounds like brake cleaner work brilliantly but it depends what you're doing.

Stubborn deposits might need a "soak" and on a warm day you'll be forever spraying as it'll evaporate in a blink.

Not to say it doesn't work though, I use it a lot but something to bear in mind if something is really dirty or oily.
