hope everyone is well ,
Today while trawling a few garages looking to p/x the cat for a streetka or sportka, the cougar received some recognition from a well known reputable indipendant car sales place. He commented on the fact that him and his colleague had both been looking at it while parked up and that it was in superb condition and upon closer inspection said they will soon become collectable in good condition regardless of the mileage...
After looking at a few streetka's and finding stupid faults i.e alarm going off constantly, roof bin not unlocking and torn rear windows for aroubd 1500 to 1600 quid.
My parents said it would be like having a capri in a few years time.
Becoming rare and in demand
I was looking for a sportka or streetka due to insurance reasons but at the moment can't decide if it worth the extra cost in tax and the extra on the insurance.
Whats it worth?
2.0 125k miles partial service with all old mot's and loads of receipts for parts etc. Was imported from jersey in 2007 absolutely no rust underneath or anywhere including no rust in the rear wheel arch areas that can be seen behind the rear door cards.
Will have 12 months mot on it soon, taxed. Full black leather interior all working.
Will soon have the concept rear S spoilers.
