Yes mate they are iron on. They really stick well too. Just got to be carefull not to leave the iron on it too long. 35 secs MAX
another tip is to put a damp tea towel over it as you iron,
otherwise its easy to scorch the headrest material (mine was marked in under 10 secs, luckily i had a spare headrest lol)

Seats are different too, more supportAha! I see, didn't realise they had changed it from the Coug 1 to the Coug 2. Quite like the cloth from the Coug 2 actually...hmmmm...:idea:
