Ok 19 people so far £20 each =£380 this has to cover the marquee which due to the late booking costs more than if we had booked earlier, electricity has to be paid to lucy at Grendon Lakes plus insurance.
Marquee is now booked approx 6 x 4 plus table, a dozen chairs (always get used) and the carpet to keep it from getting muddy same as we have every year basically.
Another £4.30 each if the numbers stay as they are will cover these costs. The only additional on top people then pay is directly to Grendon Lakes for camping which I will be starting a seperate confirmation thread for shortly, I am pretty pleased with the numbers not completely but at least there are a few new people taking the plunge and costs are covered.
