Please can you let me know which night/s you would like to stay?
I have a tent and some other bits and pieces you could borrow if you'd prefer to stay-over and get the 'full' 'Fest experience.
If not staying you won't affect the costings but would be more than welcome to donate some edibles towards the BBQ.

Just a thought, so we don't end up masses for food wastage like we did last year we could do with a food thread/list of what people are bringing/want on the bbq like I say just thought.

I think nearer the time for a food list although if I recall correctly, it was the food that was left out of the fridge boxes over-night that was unfortunately wasted.
As Andy says, if people just take out what they require for the BBQ and leave everything else in their cool boxes, there should be no waste. Last year there was food left everywhere overnight except in cool boxes.
Will see nearer the time see if my daughter wants to come camping for 1 night only though.
dont think bbq will fit in my car so camping stove it will be lol.

I will be on own this time Andy as Tina is off to sunnier places. So will need a bit of help putting the garage up lol according to Tony my tent is a garage.

If Becky and Kully not going to be there this year I have some room to put someone up. As my tent is an 8 berth and by the looks of it I will be on my own in it.
Unfortunately I won't be able to attend as I am riding from Manchester to Blackpool on the Sunday in the charity bike ride, I have been training since October to take part, I really am gutted to this weekend because last year, like every year, we had a really great time.
I know that to some the ride won't seem like much of a challenge but for somebody that hadn't rode a bike for 13 years up to October, who is now riding 25 miles 3 nights a week and between 50 and 60 miles on Saturdays, I have come a long way in 5 and a half months averaging around 16 mph on a mountain bike across any of those distances.
Back OT, I hope you all have fun, we'll both be sorry to miss it.

As Becky and Kully not coming I have rooms to spare, if anyone needs one I will have 2 spare rooms but make 3 spare rooms as my tent is an 8 berth with only me in it lol.
