door latch

Just checked my car on FordEtis, and apparently there is an outstanding action for remedy to the door latch (99S22) - anyone know if i can still get this done? i'm thinking may be long out of time but never hurts to ask!
 
I remember this recall on our C1 just a few months after we got it back in 1999.
It was a safety recall on the latches, something to do with them coming open unexpectedly or not unlocking in a crash.
Mondeos had the same recall.
I suppose your only option is to check at a Ford dealer.
I take it you've not got any paperwork with the car as the dealer should have issued a saftey recall sheet to prove it's been rectified.
There's also a page for recall work in the service history book but the dealer didn't write anything in there for mine but I've got the recall sheet.
