Driving ban

Hey Mike, only just caught this thread. Both myself and Rach send our best to you for a speedy recovery. Take it easy matey.

Bit of an update, since my last post been rushed in twice more definatley had an MI ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myocardial_infarction ) but my main problem seems to be this viral infection which is knocking me for six.
I cant eat or drink and am constantly throwing up and terrible backache, they cant seem to pinpoint what the virus is and no medicine seems to be working.
So far i have lost 2 1/2 stone, got loads of more appointments this week so fingers crossed.
I am so bored doing nothing
Thanks everyone for all the kind wishes (y)

Ended up being kept in hospital in the end i was so dehydrated one night on a drip and put 7lbs back on, fever has now broken temp down , managing to eat,no vomiting, no runs and allowed home.
I am feeling a lot better but am still weak but i am getting there, just got a 6 week sicknote as i am not allowed to work until they sort my heart out, so suns out, deck chairs out and the wife is run ragged :)

Being Ill aint fun.
Me n my better half been fighting some virus but nothing on you. Glad to hear you're on the right road now.

Hang in there Mike. I'm not sure that there's anything that we can do - your doctors are in control, I hope. But if there's anything you need, please just shout.

You know you're not going through this alone, but please remember that there's more than one family that cares for you.

Great to hear you're home and on the mend Mike. Rest and recuperation is the key now, take it easy [emoji106]
