Driving Licence Renewal

So don't the authorities force you to change the licence when your paper licence has the points added? As previously, I am surprised they miss such chances to milk the motorists further.

My license still shows the DR10 i earned in 1991 (stressful times) as far as i am aware upgrading to the rip-off license is totally voluntary.
.
 
Checked my license and it expires in July this year, so got until then to sort a new "updated" one.....otherwise known as "We know how to rip you off a little more" license!!!
