Funeral arrangements for Chris (Warthog)

Had a chat with tony tonight about dress code are we doing full suits or our cougar t shirts?

I reckon Chris would love it but what do you guys think?

Maybe special memorial shirts if kullys mate could do em in time?

It's rare i wear the suit these days, so i'll probably go for the dark trousers and sports jacket. Probably need an overcoat anyway, remember it is January.

We just dressed accordingaly for Daves funeral mate, i.e. no tracky bottoms and trainers etc. But i'm sure the Cougar shirts and T-shirts would be a nice touch, bit too formal if we turn up in suits, not what Chris would want i'm sure.

Rich were did you find that pic lol that was my work suit at John Lewis :LOL:

Happened to trawl through the 'faces to names again' thread earlier and found it by accident.:)
 
IIRC for Dave's funeral the request was no black so I went in a beige suit with a brightly coloured tie.

I think we should get advice from Tim so we can all dress appropriately.
Would Al or Kully be able to find out when they're next in contact with Tim?

I spoke to Tim tonight, and should be in touch again over the weekend so i'll ask him, unless anyone else speaks to him first.
 
I'm trying to at least get the afternoon off so I can fly down but it all depends on being able to juggle a few things and may not know for certain until the day, but I will try all I can to attend.

I agree with Bobster, I think it shows respect for the departed to be dressed appropriately. I think it would make Chris very proud to see that we made a special effort just for him. For those without suits the Cougar T shirt seems a good idea as it shows the link to the club.
