Brilliant quality model, lots of detail. Hasn't stopped me driving it around the sitting room floor though:LOL:
 
I have one of these too! Bought from a really lovely couple who trade in model cars.

You know what's really weird? That model doesn't have an antenna. But the smaller scale one (which T hunted down and bought me for my birthday last November) does.
 
Yes it is and it's adorably tiny.

I went around all the stands at the Classic asking whether they had one, but none did. One of them even said that back in the day, he heard that there were more of them made than the actual car.

My search wasn't thorough enough though. Over the three days of the show T managed to find one and presented it to me as a birthday present. A little bit of eye-wee came out because of her thoughtfulness and persistence.

Are we talking about the standard quarter scale (1:48)? Just buy a cheap quarter scale model, rob the wipers and then give the car to me. I'll make a crash diorama out of it.

If you're talking about the big one (1:18) that's a bit trickier. But I am a model-maker with scratch-build skills so I reckon I can manage something...
 
Very nice. Shame they only did 'em in Melina. I want a frosty (and I don't have the effort or skill to paint one!).
