Hi, just bought a 2001 90,00 mile V6 manual in Melina Blue - put a photo on the laptop but its hidden it!
Drives nicely, interior unmarked apart from drivers seat, few scratches and one minor ding on the osf wing so can't moan @ £900 including 2 new front tyres. She will undoubtedly show her grumpy side as time goes on. Two questions:

1. Any meets within striking distance of Shropshire?
2. What do you do about the drivers seat which is pretty much on the floor? Got a square bum driving it the 60 miles home.
Oh and 3. Cambelt or chain?

One nice little victory, had the non working CD autochanger to bits this afternoon and got it fixed. A little thing I know but....

Drivers seat is height adjustable. Being you have leather (as reason stated above) rather than moving the button side ways to move seat forward/backwards lift the same switch to raise seat height.

Welcome to the asylum.....toilets on your left, psychiatrist's office on the right, Si's 'For Sale' section straight ahead

welcome to the club, best meet of the year is coming up shortly, cougarfest, have a look at previous years and get yourself along,

Welcome to the club matey!

Regarding your seat - If not the height adjustment, I presume you mean that the padding has gone out of the seat squab???...if so, I believe that there is/was an enterprising individual who was looking at making new seat foams, as this is a common problem...

I'm not sure who it was who was making them, but I'm sure someone on here will tell you quickly enough!

Shame you don't live nr Bedford - you could've had a look at the CD-player in my Citroen C5, 'cos thats given up the ghost too! :-(

Regards - Guy.

Welcome dude! you know, someone once said that chain driven cam belts also need adjusting like the normal belts....I LAUGHED IN HIS FACE!
